A collection of contemporary baseball cards that honor Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio. The Babe Ruth cards are as listed: 2007 Upper Deck ‘Sweet Spot Classic’ 221/575 and 2006 Upper Deck SP (short print) ‘Legendary Cuts Baseball Chronology’ 422/550. The Lou Gehrig card is a Donruss Classics ‘Authentic Stadium Seat Stadium Stars’; the card has an image of Gehrig to the right and a piece of wood that was once part of a stadium seat from Yankee stadium. There are two Joe DiMaggio cards: Upper Deck 2001 ‘Minor League Baseball Centennial’ ‘Game-Used Jersey Joe DiMaggio San Francisco’; the piece of cloth is from ‘a piece of jersey worn by Joe DiMaggio’; and an Upper Deck ‘Play Ball’ card that has the line-up for Game 51, July 12 1941, this was during his 56 game hitting streak.
