An open edition offset lithograph reproduction of an original illustration by well-listed and beloved Cincinnati artist and wildlife conservationist Charley Harper (1922 – 2007), titled Who’s Watching Whom?. The print depicts a small bird resting on a pair of binoculars hanging from a striated birch tree. The print is unsigned, and its title is written in pencil to the lower center margin. It is double-matted in burgundy and black and is presented behind glass in a composite frame with glossy white textured acrylic surface embellishments and a hanging wire.
