Archie Hiven Oil Painting of a Lakeside
Item Details
An original oil painting on canvas board of a lakeside by Archie Hiven, dated 1970. This painting features some impasto and depicts a family sitting on the green grass covered edge of a lake with a cityscape present in the background. The painting is signed by hand in paint to the lower right corner and is mounted in a stained wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and a framer’s decal are present to the verso of the frame.
Condition
- frame has scratches throughout; holes in the dust cover; some stains present to the middle of the image.
