A Marge Carson Dophin Sofa. This sofa has a slightly curved upholstered back, a single removable cushion (attached by metal clips to the back), blonde wood reeded frame with acanthus leaves carved to the curled side rails, upholstered padded arm rest over wood carved fish arm supports, reeded and carved wood to the edge of the apron, carved legs with padded feet to the three back legs, and three carved cap and cover legs to the front. The upholstery is a wale cotton polyester blend material. The sofa comes with three matching pillows and five custom pillows – two black velvet, two ivory with green velvet stripes, and a fringed pillow with a zebra print. The sofa has a tag under the seat cushion identifying it as a Marge Carson piece.

Condition
The sofa has some loose threading to the upholstery.
