Boocoo Designs South African Mounted Carvings

Item Details

A circa 2003 mounted carving group by Boocoo Designs of South Africa. This includes two hand carved wood pieces, in the fork of pipes with various ‘rope’ effect ornamentation. These works are presented mounted on a white board, with layered mats in a deep shadow box frame with sawtooth hanging hardware attached on verso. A partial maker’s sticker is attached on the back.

Condition

- some significant wear to the frame; missing glass; bowing of opening of the shadow box; front of shadow box is separate.
