A hand-knotted Moroccan wool area rug in a Moderne pattern, featuring hand-braided fringe to two ends. The rug is done in airy palette with vibrant red accents on a pale blue ground. Shows a complex quadruple border edge and a field of various objects throughout including florals, birds and insects. It has overcast selvedge edges and is tagged to the reverse.
