A collection of twenty-two vintage sports novels by Clair Bee, featuring central character Chip Hilton, published by Grosset & Dunlap, early 1960s. This set includes later, 1960s printings, of books 1-22 in the Chip Hilton series featuring a combination of red, textured blank covers – with and without pictured dust jackets – and full-color, pictured covers without dust jackets. Titles include Touchdown Pass, Championship Ball, Strike Three!, Pay Off Pitch, and many more. Clair Bee was a college basketball Hall of Fame inductee and coach, in addition to writing the Chip Hilton sports series novels.
