Handbuilt Raku Fired Stoneware Platters

Item Details

A selection of three handbuilt, raku fired stoneware platters. The three decorative plates have been made with a variety if impressed textured in the surface and were raku fired, giving an iridescent finish with copper flashing. The undersides show carbon trapping from the firing process. The pieces are marked underneath ‘Dorian 2015’. Please note that raku-fired items are not suitable for use with liquid foods.
