A signed limited edition Kenji Ushiku (牛玖 健治, Japanese, 1922-2012) woodblock on paper of a floral vase with bird motif. Within red delineations against a white field, this piece depicts a curved vase with a bird motif, containing stylized flowers and situated on a patterned tablecloth. This print is signed by the artist in graphite to the lower right and numbered 43 out of a 125 edition. Presented behind glass, in a silver tone frame.
Condition
- minor scratches to frame; large diagonal crack on glass crossing the composition.
