An offset lithograph on canvas of a matador after an original oil painting by Carlos Ruano Llopis. This print depicts a matador standing triumphantly next to a bull with banderillas (flags) placed into the shoulders. This piece is signed in print to the lower right corner. A label from Leger Gallery Inc. is present to the verso. Housed without in an arts and crafts style frame with incised carvings painted in a black finish.
Condition
- paint along the bottom edge has worn away revealing the gesso underneath; heavy layer of dust is present to the frame.
