Colored Pencil on paper

A signed colored pencil drawing on paper of architecture by J. Warren, dated 1998. This piece depicts a Pueblo Revival style house surrounded by landscaped yard and is signed by hand in ink on the lower right corner. Mounted under a double layer of white and black matting, the drawing is presented under acrylic glass in a dark stained wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes, a framer’s decal and a dedication reading ‘Presented to Anne Ragsdale: Thank You for your dedication and service to the children and families of Y-CAP’ are present to verso of the frame.
