An ink and gouache painting on illustration board by Frederick Coffay Yohn (1875-1933) titled Christmas Handicap. Featured in Scribners Magazine in 1908, the painting depicts a family embracing after a race while other surround them and cheer. The painting is signed by hand in ink to the lower left corner, mounted under a double layer of dark gray and white matting, and a handwritten note is present to the verso of the matting with additional information about the piece.
