An oil painting on board titled Seascape by John Franklin Hawkins, dated 1917. With a faded signature present to the lower left corner, the painting depicts the blue crashing waves of the ocean hitting the rocky shoreline. The painting is mounted in a stained wood frame with a wire for hanging purposes and an informative decal present to the verso of the frame.
