Mid-Century Oneida Heirloom Sterling "Damask Rose" Flatware

A group of sterling flatware in the Damask Rose pattern by Oneida Heirloom. There are approximately seventy-five pieces in total with nine dinner knives with stainless steel blades and hollow handles, seventeen teaspoons, ten tablespoons, ten salad forks, nine dinner forks, and eight seafood forks. The utensils include three serving spoons, a serving fork, a ladle, a flat handle master butter knife, a sugar spoon, a pair of sugar tongs, a lemon fork, a carving set with stainless steel ends and hollow sterling handles, and a cake server with a stainless blade and hollow handle. They are embossed with rose designs to the handles. The underside of one reads, ‘Heirloom Sterling Damask Rose’. They are presented in a brown painted wooden case with brass hardware. The total approximate weight, excluding the items with stainless elements, is 73.660 ozt.

Condition

- minor surface wear including faint markings and minimal tarnishing; case has some scratches and damage; lock on case occasionally sticks (latch must be manually lifted when engaging clasp).
