Tony Oswald Framed Offset Lithograph of Etching "Secretariat"

A signed offset lithograph after an original etching titled Secretariat by Tony Oswald. This piece is signed in pencil and plate on the lower right, and labeled ’Artist’s Proof’ on the lower left. It is encased behind glass with a woven mat and rustic wood frame and depicts the horse with his jockey, trainer, and others.

Oswald is a native of Louisville, Kentucky who specializes in remarkable drawings of equine scenes. Additionally, Oswald draws scenes from the Louisville area such as historic landmarks. He gained recognition in 1973 for his paintings of stills at the Kentucky Derby as they were used in CBS Broadcasting.

Also included is a paperback copy of the book Secretariat by Raymond G. Woolfe, Jr. It is signed by the author.
