Carved Bakelite Brooches
Item Details
A pair of large carved Bakelite brooches dating from the 1940s. One is designed as a dark green poinsettia-style leaf pattern on a carved wooden base, while the other is a butterscotch or toffee brown form of crossed feathers or elongated leaves. Each of these pieces is unmarked.

- minor markings throughout; pin closure somewhat bent.
