A vintage Frank Usher dress. The pale blue gown is sleeveless with an asymmetrical waistline and a zipper in the back. The matching jacket has long puffy sleeves with small wrist openings.
Condition
- stains throughout; blue on jacket left shoulder, brown drip stain on skirt near bottom and waist, some snags in fabric
