A hand-painted chinoiserie chest. This rectangular top piece with protective glass cover sits above two cabinet doors with gold tone circular plate opening to a shelf and three dovetail constructed drawers over three full sized drawers and a scalloped apron terminating on ogee bracket feet. This piece features gold tone butterfly plates and bail handles to the drawer fronts and gold tone hardware detail throughout.
