Item Details
A collection of kitchen items, featuring a vintage Chef-An-Ette recipe box. This enameled tin organizer has the appearance of a seven-volume cookbook in a book rack; each ‘volume’ is actually a box for storing recipe cards. This collection also includes a glass jar marked ‘Planters’ with a peanut-shaped lid handle and three aprons. The jar is marked ‘Made in U.S.A.’ and the Chef-An-Ette rack is marked ‘Pats. Pend. Terry’s Origin-Ettes Chicago, Ill.’
Condition
- most of label missing from Planters jar; faint marks, discoloration and wear throughout.
