Rare 1922 20 Centavos Culion Leper Colony Coin from Philippines

A rare 1922 leper colony 20 centavos piece from the Philippines. This coin, made of copper-nickel metal, features a Caduceus on its face, with downturned wings, a signature of the KM-17 strike, of which only 10,000 coins were made. The verso of the coin is marked PhM, for Philippines Mint, with the words "Culion Leper Colony * Philippine Islands" around the back border.
