Mixed Media Painting "Study for 3 Small Paintings"
Item Details
A 1980 mixed media painting on fine wove paper with deckled edges, titled Study for 3 Small Paintings. The painting is completed in watercolor, pastels, and acrylic paint. It depicts three geometric abstracted yellow, blue, and purple compositions set against a pale purple background. The painting is signed illegibly and dated in graphite to the lower right and is titled in graphite to the lower left. It is mounted to white backing and is presented behind glass in a thin silver tone metal frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso.
Condition
- circle of adhesive residue to upper left corner of glass. Light scratching across frame. Small crack to lower right corner of glass.
