A framed contemporary watercolor of entertainer Frank Sinatra. The watercolor was done in January of 2006 by John F. H (the rest is illegible). The paper is a white textured stock. The artist made a notation on the back of the watercolor. He signed the watercolor in the lower left corner with a blue ink pen.
