An original 1970s enamel painting on copper plate by listed French artist Louis Cardin (born 1931). The image depicts an Impressionist rendering of a little girl playfully skipping through the air as a red balloon carries her upwards. Artist signature is signed to the lower left. This piece is mounted in a wood frame covered with maroon velvet with a gilt interior edge.
