A large Samovar Esfahan Persian Rug by Karastan. The machine woven wool rug has an ornate floral design to the center in a palette of olive, caramel, and black on a rich burgundy field. The outer band features a series of palmettes and saw-edged leaves on a contrasting black field. The rug has a one-and-a-half inch caramel fringed border to either end. Marked Karastan to the underside.
