Item Details
A pairing of sterling silver vanity accessories. This selection includes an A.E. Poston & Co. Ltd. brush with a teal enamel handle. This item is stamped with the A.E. Poston & Co. Ltd. maker’s mark and the Birmington hallmarks, which dates this piece to 1934. The lot also includes a Gorham hand mirror with chased and repoussé flowers and scrolled foliage work. There is an engraved ‘AMCN’ monogram to the center of the reverse. The edge is stamped ‘Sterling C500’ beside the Gorham hallmarks.
Condition
- minor surface marks to each; wear and discoloration to bristles of brush; mirror monogrammed.
