1898 William Comyns Weighted Sterling Vase

Item Details

A weighted sterling vase by William Comyns. This piece features a tapered shape to the body with a flared and pinched lip, repoussé flowers, foliage, and scrolls work, and gadroon trim around the neck and footed base. The side is stamped ‘W.C’ inside a four-tipped oval cartouche, along with London hallmarks, which date this piece to 1898.
