A historic 1954 Rocky Marciano versus Ezzard Charles ‘The Cincinnati Cobra’ boxing title ticket stub. This heavyweight bout was held at Yankee Stadium on June 17, 1954, which is printed on this ticket stub. The ticket stub was printed on thin green colored cardboard with red and black lettering. Rocky Marciano defeated Cincinnati’s own Ezzard Charles in this fight. Ezzard lived and trained in Cincinnati’s ‘Over-The-Rhine’ district during the 1940s and 1950s. This stub is housed in a protective top loader.
