A sterling silver picture frame. This frame has a rectangular shape and features a hammer textured surface at the top and fish and waves to the bottom. The fish have blue details to the eyes, red lips, and yellow tailfins. The frame has a blue fabric lined backing and rest. It is signed to the lower right corner ‘C. Court’. The rim is stamped 925 with an unidentified maker’s mark.
