This collection includes The Table Book, of Daily Recreation and Information: Concerning Remarkable Men, Manners, Times, Seasons, Solemnities, Merry-Makings, Antiquities and Novelties, Forming a Complete History of the Year by William Hone (London: Hunt and Clarke, 1827), The Works of Charles Lamb, Complete in One Volume (Philadelphia: Henry Carey Baird, 1847) and A Voyage in the ‘Sunbeam’: Our Home on the Ocean for Eleven Months by Mrs. Brassey (St. Louis, MO: J. W. Henry, 1890). All are half-leatherbound hardcovers; the Table-Book and Lamb’s Works have marbled boards, and Lamb’s Works and A Voyage in the ‘Sunbeam’ have marbled page edges.

Condition

- wear to exterior front hinge of Table Book; edge and corner wear; fading of leather; front cover detached from Voyage in the Sun-Beam; foxing; general shelf wear consistent with age.
