Collection of Antique Tonsiline Glass Medicine Bottles

A collection of five glass bottles for the sore throat medication Tonsiline, circa 1910. The bottles have the name of the medicine embossed to one side, and the bust of a giraffe embossed to the face of each. One of the company’s popular advertisement slogans, based on this design, was, "If you had a neck as long as this fellow and had sore throat all the way down, Tonsiline would quickly relieve it." The bottles do not have caps or stoppers. Two of the bottles are a larger size than the others.
Condition
- very light accretion to some of the bottle.

- measured as a group. Individually, smaller bottles measures 2" W x 5.5" H x 1" D and larger bottles measures 2.25" W x 7" H x 1.25" D.
