A Universal Furniture office desk. The desk features a rectangular overhanging top, two shallow drawers to either side of a pull out keyboard tray in the center, two deep drawers to either side of the knee hole, a removable panel on the front to accommodate two people comfortably at the desk, and a graduated rectangular base which extends to the floor on all four sides. The piece is embellished with varying types of wood veneer used to create decorative borders around the table top and drawers, carved classical motif moldings, and dark brass hardware.
