A large tufted Persian-style area rug. It features a large central floral pendant medallion surrounded by filler palmettes and arabesques of vines and foliate elements in shades of ivory, ecru, mocha and brick. it has a layered floral guard border with a primary border of large rounded palmettes and racemes of flowers in the same colors. It has serged edges with bound seams to the underside, and is unmarked.
