An original 1923 naïve oil painting on canvas signed to the lower left by artist M. L. Tournier. The image depicts a landscape within a heavily wooded area, at the edge of a small pond. This painting is mounted in a beveled wood frame with cast molding and a distressed gold leaf finish.

- discoloration across painting. Accretion on painting and frame. Finish of frame is worn and nicked throughout.
