Wedgwood Jasperware in Dark Blue and Wedgwood Blue

A collection of Wedgwood jasperware stoneware pieces. Featured are six items including a teacup, saucer, lidded jar, heart-shaped vanity tray, rectangular vanity tray and lidded box. Blue Jasperware pieces with cream figures include a miniature round lidded box with Pegasus motif, marked ‘79’ to the underside; a heart-shaped vanity tray with Three Graces motif; a teacup, marked ‘70’ to the underside; a saucer with Cupid motif, marked ‘JH’ to the underside; and a lidded Olympus jar with Maternal Affection motif, marked ‘78, M’ to the underside. The collection also includes one Jasperware rectangular vanity tray in Wedgwood blue with cream Priam Begging motif. All pieces are additionally marked ‘Wedgwood, England’ or ‘Wedgwood, Made in England’ to the underside.
Condition
- some surface wear and scratching present, items would benefit from cleaning, markings and small chips to undersides.
