A framed advertisement for ONEIDA Community silverplate. The offset lithograph has artwork by Maxfield Parish. The framed page was taken from a page of The Ladies Home Journal circa 1918. The commercial art depicts a pair of twin brothers holding a silver chest between them. A legend beneath reads ‘Community Plate’ and ‘Painted by Maxfield Parrish for ONEIDA Community’. The printed is framed under glass with a wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

-to fair; several chips to frame; wrinkled paper; stains along the bottom.
