An original hand painted animation cel from the show The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Do (1985). It depicts Scooby, Shaggy, Dafne, Scrappy-Do, and Flim Flam screaming as their minecart rockets off the rails into thin air. Animation and shot numbers are handwritten on the lower margin. The clear plastic cel is set against a printed cave background. Includes a Classic Moments Certificate of Authenticity on the reverse.
