An original 2000 ink drawing by Guy & Brad Gilchrist for the well-known American comic strip Nancy. This particular strip features the character Sluggo, Nancy’s best friend, daydreaming about the sun, baseball and spring weather as he sits in class. Artist signatures are marked to the lower right of the third cell, and a hand-written pen inscription by Guy Gilchrist (‘& B’) is marked across top margin of strip. This work is mounted behind black mat, under non-glare glass in a narrow wood frame with cast molding.
