Nippon Teapot and Bread and Butter Plate
Item Details
A pair of Nippon table pieces. This pair includes a teapot and a bread and butter plate, both featuring a hand-painted design of vining dark grape clusters with leaves, pear-like fruits, and gilded and blue trim. They are marked with an M and wreath Nippon stamp on the undersides, indicating the pieces were made for the Morimura Bros. importers between 1911 and 1921.
