Chinese Landscape Hanging Scroll
Item Details
A Chinese landscape wall hanging scroll. This print on paper depicts a mountainous landscape filled with trees, waterfalls and a river. A poetic inscription and signature (白峰) alongside a red seal are present to the upper right corner. The print is mounted to brown and tan fabric with a floral design. A string is present at the top of the scroll for hanging purposes.
Condition
- various stains throughout most notably in the bottom margins of the scroll, there is a flaw in the print — approx. 2.5" below the top most mountain is a white outline of a hair.
