A pair of giclée reproductions on paper after the original acrylic paintings by contemporary American artist Jane Kiskaddon (California; 20th/21st century), titled Hatchling and Artichoke Rose Tulip. The images depict metamorphic blossoms reminiscent of artichokes, budding roses and tulips, rendered in whimsical, psychedelic colors. Hatchling includes a small raven peaking its head out of the tightly clustered petals. Artist name and titles are marked in pencil to the lower interior corners of the mats. These prints are each presented under an off-white mat, behind museum glass in a composite frame with a mottled coppery finish.
