Early American Military Canteen With Chain and Stopper
Item Details
An early cloth antique covered canteen with original chain and stopper. This unidentified canteen appears to have originated from the United States and dates from 1880s-1900s. Probably from the Indian Wars, this canteen has a khaki colored cloth covering that is stained from usage and age. This style of canteen was a general military issue for the United States cavalry. This old relic still retains its original stopper with chain.
Condition
Pre-owned relic. Soiling, staining, discoloration from usage and age.
