An antique Edison phonograph, having an affixed gilt medallion, ‘Diamond Disc Official LaboraTone Model Thos. A. Edison’. Also retains an original retail label, ‘G.A. Frentzal Pianos and Phonographs, Cincinnati, O.’. The case has mahogany veneers with carved meandering border, gothic grille panel and corner pilasters. The interior of the lower cabinet has seventy-two, numbered record slots. Includes crank handle and one vintage record. Played when tested.
