A frame featuring Frankie Welch bicentennial handkerchiefs. This piece depicts a red white and blue Frankie Welch bicentennial handkerchief featuring a ‘GW’ monogram to the center flanked by the first letters of the original thirteen colonies, presented on a piece of paper, presented beneath glass and encompassed by a brown and blue wood frame. The verso of the piece features a second Frankie Welch handkerchief with an eagle emblem which reads ‘Members of Congress United States of America’ presented on white paper, presented on white paper with a hanging bracket included for hanging.
Condition
- some wear to frame edges; one piece of blue inner framing on back of frame is removable and loose; some dirt trapped inside frame between glass.

- front handkerchief measures 8.25" W x 8" H, rear handkerchief measures 8" W x 8.25" H.
