Item Details
A Duchess of Windsor inspired costume jewelry collection. This collection includes an articulated gold tone panther brooch after a piece created for the Duchess in 1966 by Cartier. The piece is set with white rhinestones to the body, black enamel stripes, and two green navette rhinestone eyes. This lot also includes a gold tone ring set with a large green oval cut rhinestone to the center and small white rhinestones to the sides of the band. The ring is stamped ‘CN’ to the inner band.
Condition
- faint markings throughout; slight oxidation to reverse of brooch; ring missing one stone. (GEMIAS)
