A power-loomed runner. This Olefin rug features a classic Bakhtiari-style garden pattern, which depicts elements of a formal Persian garden in rectangular panels with contrasting background colors. These include vases and bouquets, cypress trees, and a variety of flowers over colors that include red, butter, sage, black, cream, taupe, and purple. The theme is continued in the major border. The rug has selvage edges on all sides and is marked on the reverse.
