A mid-20th century oil on canvas copy painting after the original 1650 painting Man in a Golden Helmet by extremely well-listed Dutch painter Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn (1606 – 1669). The copy was created by an artist named Beller, as noted to the lower right. The painting depicts a soldier wearing a tall gold helmet with vibrant plumage. It is presented in a wooden frame with cast surface texture, gold tone finish, and a hanging wire.
