A plaster sculpture of a figure study by Universal Statuary Corp. This freestanding sculpture depicts a nude woman kneeling down on one knee, clutching at her chest as she parts her hair and stares forward with an inquisitive look. An in cast signature is found, as well as an inscription reading ‘Chicago 22, Copyright 1961, 725’. It is painted across the surface with a patina finish and contains a black felt underside.

- previous repair on figure’s right foot; painted patina loss on hair, left foot and backside of left arm.
