Vintage Equine-Themed Porcelain Bowl
Item Details
A vintage equine-themed porcelain bowl. Features a tall and wide style with pierced designs to the top and vine, scallop, and scrollwork designs in relief throughout. The two branch style handles and the top each are finished with gilt. Both long sides feature a mare and foal medallion in vivid colors and there are stirrup and whip painted decorations below each handle. The piece rests on four slight feet. The piece is marked ‘Created by Georgia’s Gifts, Rt. 6 US 27 So. Cynthiana, KY 41031’ and ‘Made for The Rice Collection’ to the underside.
Condition
