Two Offset Lithographic Reproductions after Edgar Hunt

A pair of offset lithographic reproduction prints after oil copy paintings after English farm animal painter Edgar Hunt (1876 – 1955). The images depict similar scenes of roosters and hens pecking at the ground in a barnyard amidst pastoral grazing ground. Artist signature is printed in plate on each print to either bottom corner. The prints are embellished with hand-painted acrylic gel medium to mimic the appearance of original paintings. Each print is mounted under glass in refurbished antique frames with distressed gilt finishes.
