An antique hand-colored aquatint etching with areas of mezzotint embellishing on paper after an original painting by well-listed British equestrian artist Harry (Henry) Hall (1815 – 1882), titled The Merry Beaglers., engraved by an artist named J. Harris. The print depicts three men standing among a pack of hunting dogs in a wide expansive grassy landscape. The print’s title is printed to the lower center margin, and both artist’s names are printed in-plate to the lower corners. The print is presented behind glass in a wooden frame with black and gold tone finishes and a hanging wire.
